Discount Codes & Vouchers
Discount codes or vouchers offered at Oribags.com is valid for use on non discounted items only unless stated otherwise. It is solely at the discretion of the Oribags team to adjust and change the mechanics of the discount codes or vouchers. Discount Codes are not stackable.
Order Acceptance and Cancellations
Please note that there may be certain orders that Oribags is unable to accept and must cancel. Oribags reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. By way of example, some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by Oribags' credit and fraud avoidance department. Oribags may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Oribags may contact you if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, Oribags will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge.
For Items On Clearance
All products on Clearance are either discontinued lines, ex-display items or come with slight imperfections/damage. Please note that there are no refunds/returns or warranty on these items and they are sold AS-IS.
Whilst we will endeavour to update stock levels, your item may be sold out and we will issue a refund if your order cannot be fulfilled."
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent prices displayed on the items' product detail page and take into account how you accessed the Site, the daily promotion and any applicable coupon code provided. Please note this price may differ from the prices shown for the items when you first placed them in your Shopping Cart. Placing an item in your Shopping Cart does not necessarily reserve the price shown at that time; most Oribags discount offers are for a limited time only, and have stated expiration dates. Accordingly, it is possible that an item's price may change between the time you place it in your Shopping Cart and the time you complete your Checkout. In addition, prices are subject to availability of the product at the time of ordering.
While Oribags strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Oribags shall have the right, at Oribags' sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Oribags may, at Oribags' sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Oribags strives to be as accurate as possible with descriptions as we work closely with brands owners and official distributors of the products. However, Oribags does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are current or error-free. If a product offered by Oribags itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product in unused condition.
Shipping / Delivery
Your orders will be dispatched within an estimated time of 1-3 business day as soon as payments are verified/successful and delivery shall be made to the address specified in its order.
Orders may or may not be subject to import duty and miscellaneous fees at the country of destination. Oribags.com does not accept responsibility for these additional charges.
Oribags uses the services of Pos Laju, DHL, Aramex, NinjaVan and Gedex for the delivery of your orders. If you are away or unable to receive the delivery, you will have to contact the respective courier company to arrange for pickup or collection. If your goods are received by an assigned 3rd party personnel, Oribags will not be held responsible for any loss resulting in this arrangement. By way of example, the delivery address provided may not allow courier services to enter and the goods are then instructed to be received and signed off by a 3rd party (reception, management office, security guard...etc). To avoid such incidents from happening, it is advisable to provide a delivery address where you will be able to receive the goods personally.
If the item you receive is defected in manufacturing (with the exception of Clearance items) or is not the item you ordered, kindly notify Oribags within seven days from the date of receipt so that our team can check and advice you on the next steps. Once checking is cleared and approved, you will be notified to return the unused or defective merchandise for a refund or exchange. Your refund will include the price of the bag and any duties and taxes, but will not include any original shipping charges, if applicable. To facilitate the return process, we would require you to ship items back to us via normal courier.
For Warranty Claims : If you discovered an issue with the product after a period of time, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
In your email, kindly include the following details :
- Customer Name and Mobile Number (For communication and verification purposes)
- Attach Online Invoice / Order Number (If purchased online) or copy of receipt (If purchased offline)
- Description of the issue/defect with the product attached with photos or video of the problem (this is required for warranty claims)
Upon receiving the email, Oribags Warranty department will handle the following:
- Advice if the item is still within the warranty period
- If it is, we will assist by submitting your Warranty Claim to the respective brand/distributors to process the claim. Thereafter, the brand/distributor will decide to approve or reject the claim.
- Once approved, you will be advised on the next steps or notified to return the defective item back to us in exchange for a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or the item is not suitable or purchased wrong item, kindly notify Oribags within seven days from the date of receipt so that our team can check and advice you on the next steps. Once checking is cleared and approved, you may return the unused merchandise within 7 days upon receiving in exchange with an item of the same value or higher. Please be reminded that the item must be unused and in its original condition (Tags, packaging, boxes...etc). Return shipping fees (via normal courier) will be borne by you. Exchanges are allowed only once.

Oribags may, at Oribags sole discretion choose to reject the return or refund or provide other arrangements such as exchanges or store credits. For products with packaging that has already been destroyed and no longer sellable, exchanges or returns will not be applicable.
For purchases made outside of Malaysia or customers living overseas, returns and refunds based on change of mind / not suitable is not available.
