Are your products authentic?

Every item that you see on is authentic. We only source, import and purchase products directly from the brand owner, authorized distributor or from other authorized resellers.


Are all the items listed on your website in stock ?

Most of the items that you see on our website are in stock but stock quantities may differ from one item to the other. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, a customer may end up purchasing an item that has just gone out of stock. If this happens, we will contact our customers to advice on a replacement or refund.

The item that I had my eye on is no longer available. Will it be restocked?

Restocking of sold out items may vary from brand to brand or item to item. It depends greatly on the availability of stock from the brand owners/distributors or if the item is seasonal or a limited edition. Restocking an item could take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of months especially if the order is imported internationally.

Is there a physical store where I can view the items before I purchase?

Yes, we do have a retail store where you can visit and experience the products before purchasing. Details here.


Is everything on your website available at your store? 

No, unfortunately it is not. Our store is limited in space therefore not everything you see on our website is available in store. Do I need to register an account before I can purchase? 

Yes it would be best if you created an account so that we are able to provide you with the best service.

Can I cancel my order once payment is made? 

We highly encourage you to be certain of your order before checking out. Unfortunately, all orders made are final cannot be cancelled. Please contact our Online Operations team at+6019 8888 489 if you need to make any last minute changes. 



How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

For orders within Malaysia, the normal time frame is 1-3 working days and for international orders, it will take around 3-8 working days depending on which country. Do allow room for any unexpected delays that may occur e.g delays from courier company. 

NOTE: If you need your item urgently, we high recommend that you visit our store to purchase the item directly. 


How can I check the status of my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once our packing specialist has prepared your order. You will then be able to track your order via the respective courier company’s website.


Can I purchase from Oribags Official Shop in marketplaces such as Lazada & Shopee but pick up my order directly from your retail shop because I need the item urgently? 

Unfortunately, this arrangement cannot be done as all online marketplaces impose strict regulations to ensure that all orders are shipped out in accordance to their operating procedures. If I am purchasing from an international location, will I have to pay taxes when my item arrives?

This depends very much on your country’s customs department. However, in the event that a tax is incurred for the item purchased, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for it.


Can I change my shipping address once my order has been confirmed
