OPERATIONS MANAGER

The operations manager's key role to oversee and manage daily operations for both online and retail platforms. His/Her role is also to ensure that business runs with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers.  

  • Ensure that new arrivals and products are listed on all Oribags websites & market places
  • Manage daily customer orders according to administrative SOPs
  • Oversee and manage picking, packing and shipment of all customer orders according to Operational SOPs 
  • To ensure productivity and minimize as much shipping errors as possible
  • To manage, fire fight and recover from errors and to accomodate customers requests.   
  • To work closely with  Operations Coordinators to fulfill daily customer orders in a timely, careful and productive fashion
  • Inventory Management – To ensure healthy and updated inventory at all times. 
  • Customer Service – To provide customers with the best service be it via online, phone or walk-in retail customers.

 

 OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

This person’s primary responsibility is to coordinate day to day operations to ensure that all customer orders and expectations are met.  

  • Listing of new arrivals and products on all Oribags websites & market places
  • Coordinate and manage daily customer orders on these websites according to administrative SOPs 
  • Manage picking, packing and shipment of all customer orders according to Operational SOPs
  • To also assist other Operations Coordinators to fulfill daily customer orders
  • Inventory Management – To perform daily stock check
  • Customer Service – To provide customers with the best service be it via online, phone or walk-in retail customers.
