This Brushed Chrome lighter with the classic Zippo logo has a unique horizontal brushing technique, which creates a subtle horizontal texture on the front and reverse sides of the model. The sides of the lighter are buffed to a high polish finish for added contrast. The Brushed Chrome finish was created in 1933 and has remained Zippo's most popular lighter. ZIPPO LOGO LIGHTERS

Zippo logo design lighters are created using various imprint methods; color image, laser engrave, auto engrave, deep carve, stamping, and emblem. These unique designs have been placed on several different lighter cases such as Red Matte, Black Matte, Brushed Chrome, High Polish Brass, High Polish Chrome, Antiqued Brass, and Black Ice®.

All Zippo windproof lighters are American made in our Bradford, PA factory.

 

STAMPED

During stamping large images are embossed into any Zippo lighter case, creating a 3D effect.

FUSION

A combination of specific pre-determined color palettes are combined with pre-determined chrome breaks to create an iridescent, metallic look.

EMBLEM

Image is die struck onto various metal substrates such as brass, aluminum, and pewter.

AUTO ENGRAVE

360 ° MULTICUT

Zippo artists meticulously render each line in the designs pattern, using a new laser engraving method to fill the design.

LASER ENGRAVE

Laser engraving is computer programmed to generate an accurate replication of an imprint.

Standard case shape featuring rounded corners and top with a flat bottom. A five-barrel hinge joins the top and the bottom.

INSERT

Standard insert with 16 holes in the chimney (8 per side).

BOTTOM STAMP

Bottom stamp with Zippo logo from the period authenticates these lighters as genuine Zippo.

PACKAGING
